Disconnecting Electric Service

If you are moving or discontinuing service we need you to contact us with the following information:

    1. Date of disconnect
    2. Meter number and meter reading
      (if meter is self-read)
    3. Your new mailing address

If you paid a deposit, your final bill will be taken out of the deposit and the balance will be refunded to you. Remember our one-month delayed billing. If you disconnect service on May 20, you will receive a bill on June 1 for usage from April 1 to May 1. Your final bill will print July 1 for usage from May 1 to May 20 and your deposit will be refunded shortly after this date.
